I’m offering two virtual support groups. One is a wellness group and the other is a support group for women to help address the emotional impact of the coronavirus pandemic. The groups alternate with one another on Thursday nights at 6pm.
During this challenging time, I hope these groups will bring a sense of community and connection, and provide the tools needed to lead a healthier and happier life.
This group is for men and women interested in improving their health and wellness through improved lifestyle and nutrition. Participants may take part in the discussion on ways to improve health naturally. The group will meet every other Thursday night at 6pm.
A support group for women to help address the emotional impact of the coronavirus pandemic. Such problems as isolation, loneliness, anxiety, and/or depression will be addressed. This group will help women assess their relationship skills and develop coping strategies. This group will meet every other Thursday at 6pm.
