I’m offering two virtual support groups. One is a wellness group and the other is a support group for women to help address the sexual health. The groups alternate with one another on Thursday nights at 6pm.
I hope these groups will provide the tools needed to lead a healthier and happier life.
This group is for men and women interested in improving their health and wellness through improved lifestyle and nutrition. Participants may take part in the discussion on ways to improve health naturally for things such as fatigue, insomnia, inflammation, and environmental toxins. The groups are currently not meeting.
A support group for women to help address sexual health. Such problems as low libido, low arousability, avoiding intimacy, low self-esteem, and relationship strain. This group will help women of all ages and backgrounds. The groups are currently not meeting.
